A 14-year-old South Oropouche school boy is in police custody after he allegedly raped his 12-year-old male cousin on two occasions.
Police said the incidents happened at the elder cousin’s home and has been happening since last year.
According to reports, the 12-year-old standard five school boy, also of South Oropouche, told his mother on Tuesday that his cousin approached him with piece of iron and threatened to beat him. He was then forced to perform oral sex.
He also reported that on that on November 25, 2014, he was using the toilet when the same cousin came in and had sex with him over the toilet bowl.
The traumatised child was taken to the Siparia District Health Facility for examination, which showed tearing of the anus.
